Dr. Diane Febles
I graduated from UGa College
of Veterinary Medicine in 1988,
and have been a practicing
equine veterinarian since that
time.  In 2000, I returned to
school to specialize in Equine
Dentistry.  I have trained under
several prominent veterinary
dentists.  I am a member of,
and regularly attends continuing
education meetings of the
International Association of
Equine Dentists
and the
American Association of Equine
Practioners
.
I live on a small farm in
McDonough, Ga, with my 4
children and assorted animals. I
have a complete mobile
operation throughout the state
of Georgia, including X-ray,
extraction, medical and
surgical capabilities. I also have
a facility to perform
dentistrys, as well as  to treat
and house critical cases.
In my 'spare time' I take to
the trails with my horse 'Lance'.
About Us
In addition to the practitioner,
equipment is also critical.  I
regularly attend conferences and
continually upgrades my equipment.
I use power equipment (see FAQ
for more info) and use Blue Chip
Diamond coated burrs on all my
instruments. This makes the floats
more precise, and easier on the
horse since it greatly reduces
vibration.
For more complicated cases, I have
mobile,  stall-side X-ray equipment,
that uses the latest in state of the
art
digital radiology - which
permits me to read the X-rays
immediately.  A diagnosis and
treatment plan can be accomplished
that day, thereby eliminating return
trips.  For extractions,
post-operative X-rays are invaluable.
Honesty, Integrity, and a  Commitment to Excellence.  These are the values that I hold in
both my professional, and private life.  I am committed to improving the health and welfare
of the horses that I am entrusted to treat.  I am one of the few blessed individuals that
truly loves their career choice.

About Us
Tracey McKnight, RVT
Tracey is a 1986 graduate of ABAC
with a degree in Veterinary
Technology.  Her training as a
Registered Veterinary Technician
is invaluable while performing
various procedures.  While Tracey
handles the horse, the owner is
free to watch the procedure, and
get a 'birds eye view' into their
mouth.  As an RVT, she is also
licensed to administer drugs and
trained to monitor the sedation.

Tracey and her two boys live in
McDonough.
Having her on my team
insures  the best possible care for
your horse
.
